This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collect, validate, and convert technological requirements into design and development specifications while offering product management support.
• Assist stakeholders by examining and diagnosing issues to identify solutions.
• Set up, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain both common and complex systems, applications, workflows, processes, and hardware.
• Document and propose workflow modifications and technical/functional designs that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with external vendors on the integration, implementation, support, and troubleshooting of third-party applications.
• Address common issues, incidents, and problems in accordance with service level agreements and departmental standards.
• Act as project manager and fulfill project-management duties for small to mid-sized projects that involve multiple teams.
• Partner with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors.
• Adhere to documentation and change-management protocols.
• Engage in the development of training and knowledge-based resources.
• Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software solutions.
• Analyze and understand business reporting requirements for end users.
• Participate in on-call and command-center duties, as necessary.
• Assist in creating and maintaining testing plans and scripts.
• Attend team, project, and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with project requestors to deliver minimum viable products in ServiceHub.
• Initiate requests for project and enhancement resources using the ServiceHub Resource Plan process.
• Certification or accreditation in at least one Epic module, including ASAP.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Epic build.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in business and application processes.
• Familiarity with system analysis and operating systems.
• Expertise in assessing needs and determining the optimal approach through documentation.
• Capable of defining problems and collecting data by establishing facts and drawing sound conclusions.
• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting industry publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Skilled in writing correspondence and processing documents.
• Willingness or ability to obtain certification in one or more Epic applications and maintain that certification.
• Competent in operating computers and other IT equipment requiring dexterous finger and hand movements.
• Ability to see and read information on computer monitors and documents.
• Capacity to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
• Candidates may qualify with two years of relevant work experience or be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of related experience.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
