This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Supports and maintains Epic applications along with other associated technical integrations to fulfill the organization's requirements.
• Conducts routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems by adhering to established internal processes, policies, and procedures.
• Diagnoses and resolves basic issues related to Epic applications and offers support to end users.
• Appropriately escalates issues to members of the application team as needed.
• Aids the team in evaluating updates to Epic vendor software and conducts testing of these updates according to established scripts.
• Engages in coding for the Epic application, including the creation of application tables and reports.
• Contributes to the revision of testing scripts to reflect ongoing system development and implementation efforts.
• Develops requirements for configuration adjustments and changes in business processes.
• Organizes requirement specifications utilizing data, diagrams, and flowcharts to guide decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Candidates for the Associate Analyst position at SSM must obtain Epic certification within the first six (6) months of employment.
