This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Analyzes workflow and offers solutions to fulfill departmental requirements.
• Converts departmental needs into business functional specifications.
• Aids in the design, development, system configuration, implementation, and support of designated Epic applications.
• Oversees the planning, training, and assessment of application capabilities.
• Gathers information about possible system improvements and necessities.
• Creates and documents procedures for the project team to implement system modifications.
• Engages in training creation and delivery for end users.
• Maintains consistent communication with Epic representatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience with Epic or integrated EMR systems.
• Epic Module Certification as mandated by the position.
• CPHIMS certification is preferred.
