EPC Project Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager throughout the duration of the project.

• Engage with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure timely project delivery.

• Create and oversee multiple project schedules.

• Track the overall progress of construction activities.

• Take part in management calls to discuss job-site challenges, work schedules, subcontractor performance, and workflow efficiency.

• Arrange and schedule regular meetings with vendors to address deliveries, technical issues, and documentation needs.

• Organize and schedule consistent updates for customers regarding all project aspects.

• Implement changes suggested by customers or vendors and manage updates to schedules and timelines.

• Oversee daily project operations, including site purchases and expedited processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Industrial Inside Sales or a related field.

• Preferably 3–5 years of experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality output.

• Familiarity with PVF materials and processes.

• Capability to interpret, analyze, and assess commercial and technical specifications.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PDF software.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Competence in coordinating multiple major activities simultaneously.

• Customer-service oriented with leadership and negotiation abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to multitask, adhere to deadlines, and cultivate relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

• Ideal candidate should be located in the Eastern Time Zone, preferably within a reasonable commuting distance to Cincinnati, OH.
