
EP Mapping Specialist – In Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver clinical and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff regarding the EP mapping and navigation system as well as CAS products.
• Inform physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel about technical aspects related to CAS products and procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Medtronic CAS products and associated procedures.
• Assist in meeting national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Work together with the local sales team to provide training for customers on mapping and other Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
• Coordinate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams.
• Represent Medtronic CAS products, services, and support to physicians and their support teams.
• Act as a regional advocate for proficiency in mapping technology.
• Reside within the designated territory and travel to multiple accounts across the region.
• Travel outside the assigned territory and occasionally overnight as necessary.
• High school diploma along with a minimum of 8 years of healthcare experience in an EP or Cath Lab environment, or in cardiac-field sales.
• Associate degree plus at least 6 years of applicable healthcare or cardiac-field sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant healthcare or cardiac-field sales experience.
• Preferred: B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical field with at least four years of experience in cardiac-field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Demonstrated success with technical training roles.
• Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical and clinical support.
• Must live within the assigned territory and be available on-site for unscheduled needs each day.
• Willingness to travel beyond the assigned territory and potentially overnight.
• Capability to drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory.
• A valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy are required.
• Driving record will be evaluated as part of the application process.
• Ability to navigate around facilities and operate a phone, keyboard, mouse, and personal computers.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day.
• Potential exposure to infectious diseases and radiation.
• Degrees obtained outside the United States must meet the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment for positions below the Principal level.
