This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Meet sales targets by acquiring new clients and cross-selling to current ones.
• Discover and assess sales opportunities from various channels.
• Inform clients about products and how they fulfill their protection requirements.
• Assist families in preparing for unforeseen events through appropriate coverage.
• Establish enduring relationships by delivering reliable advice and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for clients.
• Strong enthusiasm for pursuing a career in sales (prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• No previous insurance experience is necessary.
• Commitment to obtaining a State Life & Health Insurance License.
• Self-driven and assured, with the capability to work autonomously.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Commission-based (1099 position).
• Unlimited earning potential.
