• Supervise daily operations of the team to ensure they align with the goals of the organization.

• Offer training, coaching, and guidance as necessary.

• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to evaluate their needs and present coverage alternatives.

• Assist families in safeguarding their income, mortgage, and final expenses.

• Execute strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency and team performance.

• Relay progress, challenges, and insights to upper management regularly.

• Engage in ongoing leadership and professional development initiatives.

• Mentor and support new agents as you advance into leadership positions.
