This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive sales growth for all SIGVARIS products within the designated geographical area.
• Identify and establish relationships with key physicians, clients, hospitals, IDNs, Medical Centers, and VAs.
• Stay informed about competitors and their product offerings.
• Create and utilize an organized itinerary/zone plan for travel.
• Conduct meetings with key decision-makers effectively.
• Utilize necessary virtual communication tools to engage with customers and colleagues.
• Log detailed call activities in sales application tools.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends within the territory.
• Conduct searches to discover new customers, including dealers and physicians.
• Remain updated on compression reimbursements related to State and regional insurance plans.
• Monitor the competition by collecting current market information on pricing, products, new releases, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Address customer complaints in a way that benefits both the company and the customer by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Actively engage in medical conventions and/or trade shows as needed.
• Prepare and present a weekly Planning and Activities report to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Optimize cost savings and exhibit fiduciary responsibility to keep expenses within budget.
• Show proficiency in presentation or platform skills.
• Promote positive morale among staff by encouraging open communication across all departments to create and sustain an innovative and collaborative staff environment.
• Interact with both external and internal customers promptly to maintain positive relationships.
• Exhibit patience, courtesy, and tact; show flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to cooperate while working alongside others or stepping in for them as needed.
• Utilize effective communication techniques.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS protocols, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, and Federal, State, and local laws.
• Follow all work instructions and maintain precise records to comply with internal and external requirements supporting the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.
• Accurately carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to maintain an efficient workflow.
• A college degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience as a field sales representative, ideally with pharmacies, doctors, and retail establishments.
• B2B experience is highly desired.
• Must possess a vehicle that meets the Auto Allowance policy requirements; willing to travel overnight 20% to 40% based on territory size.
• Ability to lift and manage a rolling detail bag, as well as set up displays at select customer locations.
