Entry Level Data Analyst / Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Gather and assess data from various sources.

• Create regular reports and summaries for internal teams.

• Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to structure and analyze information.

• Recognize trends, discrepancies, and atypical results in the data.

• Collaborate with business users to comprehend their needs and requirements.

• Aid in documenting business processes and requirements.

• Support dashboard creation and other reporting initiatives.

• Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks.

• Assist project teams with testing, documentation, and follow-up tasks.

• Share findings and updates with team members.

• Carry out additional analysis and reporting assignments as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong enthusiasm for data and business analysis.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Effective communication and writing skills.

• Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple assignments.

• High attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
