This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducting research to identify and qualify potential customers and target accounts.
• Actively engaging with leads through phone calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Organizing and facilitating initial discussions with prospective clients.
• Establishing and maintaining a well-structured and documented sales pipeline.
• Recording all activities within the CRM system.
• Transitioning qualified leads to the sales team and collaborating closely with Account Executives.
• Continuously enhancing your sales expertise through training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Native or equivalent proficiency in German.
• Proficient in English for effective internal communication.
• High levels of motivation, persistence, and enjoyment in engaging with people.
• Interest in technology and a readiness to swiftly learn new subjects.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Organized work approach, initiative, and dependability.
• Willingness to travel; occasional business trips are part of the role.
• Residency in Germany is mandatory.
• Previous experience in IT sales or Kubernetes is not a prerequisite.
