This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Travel to client sites to service vehicles.

• Remove tires and wheels from vehicles.

• Utilize grinding and sanding tools to repair cosmetic wheel damage, including curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels.

• Paint and refinish wheels to restore them to a like-new condition.

• Provide outstanding customer service while promoting available services.

• Establish a customer base and manage accounts.

• Operate independently, managing your day without the need for micromanagement.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Resilience and determination to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong customer service and sales abilities.

• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.

• Manual dexterity for tasks requiring repetitive motions.

• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and capability to work autonomously.

• Ability to see close, at a distance, and perceive colors; depth perception; and ability to adjust focus.

• Physical endurance to kneel, bend, squat, climb, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 75 pounds.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Experience in auto painting or training from a collision repair technical school is preferred but not mandatory.

• Successful completion of relevant post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may include physical examinations, vision assessments, background checks, and drug screenings.
