• Collaborate with the founders to formulate and implement strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
• Identify, prioritize, and provide solutions to key challenges in product development, sales, customer success, or operations.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product and business to foresee needs and influence future opportunities.
• Create and manage scalable operational processes that facilitate growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Capital Markets, Growth, etc.) to provide effective solutions.
• Take an active role in building and expanding teams to support sustained growth.
• Foster innovation, initiate pilot projects, and drive initiatives from conception to execution.
• Minimum of 3 years of overall experience, comprising 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking, along with 1–2+ years in strategy, business operations, or an entrepreneurial position within fintech, vertical SaaS, or financial services.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder and project management, including direct engagement with clients.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects in product-focused settings.
• Strong collaborative abilities across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Capability to deconstruct complex, ambiguous issues into structured, scalable solutions.
• Executive presence with the capacity to influence senior leaders, including those at the C-level.
• An entrepreneurial outlook with a proactive approach, emphasizing experimentation and impact.
• Familiarity with working closely with product teams is advantageous.
