Enterprise Strategist – Services Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision for Services Engagement initiatives and provide counsel to executive leadership.

• Collaborate with clients at the highest levels to ensure premier solutions across their operations.

• Drive thought leadership and represent the organization at significant industry events.

• Identify, investigate, and develop financial impact models for innovative solutions and services.

• Lead partner-adjacent initiatives to enhance reach and revenue.

• Educate and collaborate with presales and delivery teams regarding practice offerings.

• Spearhead and formulate transition strategies to scale new solutions as a conduit to CDW’s R&D team.

• Provide corporate development teams with insights on market trends and capability strengths and weaknesses.

• Oversee multi-practice architectural engagements in complex customer environments.

• Advise executive stakeholders and CxO-level clients on integrated technology strategies.

• Foster innovation and design digital transformation roadmaps.

• Develop comprehensive multi-practice solutions encompassing infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, security, and AI.

• Create high-level designs and future-state architectures.

• Align sales, operations, and delivery stakeholders for multi-practice opportunities.

• Guide partner selection and ecosystem alignment.

• Shape high-value opportunities alongside sales and practice leaders.

• Construct client roadmaps, business cases, and proposals, including SOWs, LOEs, and RFPs.

• Expedite pipeline for multi-practice opportunities by navigating internal structures, processes, and approvals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering and 7+ years of experience in IT architecture and engineering, covering at least 2 technology practice areas OR 11 years of equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in designing multi-practice solutions for complex customer environments.

• Strong grasp of CDW’s portfolio, including cloud, applications, data, security, modern infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS technologies, and AI.

• Proven capability to influence business and IT stakeholders at the executive level.

• Track record of success in building and delivering enterprise technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies.

• Certifications across multiple disciplines, such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect Expert, are a plus.

• Experience in vertical-specific architecture, such as healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing, is a plus.
