Enterprise Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Communicate the strategic transition from conventional SEO to AI-driven visibility (GEO/AIO) to C-Level executives (CMO, VP of Digital)

• Assume responsibility for validating technical solutions, which includes in-depth discovery, proof of concepts (POCs), and managing objections

• Correlate intricate technical challenges with business solutions, crafting a persuasive narrative that resonates with executive buyers

• Quickly engage to co-pilot opportunities with Account Executives, serving as a 'force multiplier' in the sales process

• Showcase how Semrush data integrates into wider Digital Experience ecosystems (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Enterprise CMS)

• Strategically position Semrush against traditional SEO platforms (e.g., BrightEdge, Conductor) and data products (e.g., SimilarWeb) by leveraging superior UI and automation features

• Partner with Product teams to convert enterprise client feedback into product improvements, particularly concerning API and data integration

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, or Solutions Engineering within a SaaS environment

• Strong knowledge of the MarTech/SEO landscape

• Experience in using, consulting on, and/or selling tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, BrightEdge, or SimilarWeb is essential

• Prior experience in a digital agency or managing high-volume SEO/Digital campaigns is highly desirable

• Mastery of formal sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler)

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, APIs, and the structures of Enterprise CMS (Adobe AEM, Contentful, etc.)

• Outstanding storytelling skills, emotional resilience, and the determination to navigate complex, extended enterprise sales cycles
