Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a motivated team to fully leverage ElevenLabs’ voice AI platform for an expanding customer base.

• Efficiently scale technical solutions for enterprise clients.

• Work in partnership with Account Executives to improve the technical elements of the sales process.

• Engage directly with technical representatives from current and prospective customers to offer customized support and design solutions.

• Develop technical demonstrations that showcase the product’s value proposition.

• Produce technical enablement materials for the sales team.

• Create self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions autonomously.

• Recognize common integration patterns or features suitable for productization and collaborate with product teams to realize them.

• A strong enthusiasm for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.

• Enjoyment in working closely with customers and delivering personalized technical support.

• Capability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled effectively.

• Profound empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.

• Robust technical expertise in designing integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing client systems.

• Experience interacting with customers, including involvement in student organizations or side projects.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Comprehensive knowledge of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
