Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical elements of the sales process.

• Engage directly with technical representatives from both current and potential customers to offer customized support and design solutions.

• Develop persuasive technical demonstrations that articulate the product's value proposition effectively.

• Produce technical enablement materials that enhance the sales team's efficiency and technical knowledge.

• Create self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions on their own.

• Recognize opportunities to productize frequent integration patterns or features and collaborate with product teams for their implementation.

• A strong enthusiasm for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.

• A passion for engaging directly with customers, refining solutions, and providing customized support.

• Capability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled effectively.

• A strong sense of empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.

• A solid technical foundation for designing integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer systems.

• Experience in direct customer interactions, including through student organizations or personal projects.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• In-depth knowledge of software development, software architecture, and standard integration patterns.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
