• Oversee business development for Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, identifying and securing new opportunities.

• Propel revenue growth by enhancing existing accounts and acquiring new business.

• Manage retention and renewal strategies to optimize customer lifetime value.

• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key stakeholders.

• Comprehend customer business objectives and create customized, value-driven solutions.

• Position Abbott as a reliable strategic partner.

• Formulate and implement account plans and sales forecasts.

• Achieve profitable growth, fulfilling revenue and margin targets.

• Adjust and align value propositions to meet customer needs, market trends, and company strategy.

• Lead and mentor high-performing teams, including Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Technical Specialists.
