This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Assist customers through the onboarding and implementation process by collaborating with delivery teams.
• Foster adoption, ensure overall health, facilitate value realization, and prepare for renewals, acting as the main point of contact.
• Establish trust and cultivate strong, multi-faceted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver shared value.
• Possess a strong understanding of key product use cases and anticipated outcomes to guide customers in adopting best practices.
• Proactively keep an accurate rolling forecast of attrition for the next four quarters and diligently manage customer health.
• Engage actively with customers to assess the ROI generated from Adobe solutions (Productivity and Business Value).
• Recognize opportunities for expansion by analyzing product usage insights, evolving customer needs, and aligning cross-sell initiatives.
• At least 5 years of previous experience in customer success, account management, or sales within a high-tech (SaaS) environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, or comparable solutions.
• Proven experience in developing strategies for assigned accounts to maximize the use of technology solutions.
• Experience in managing projects from inception to completion and utilizing internal resources effectively to achieve goals.
• Capability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
• Experience in managing a complete sales cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
