This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a technical authority on the Cyera Platform
• Facilitate customer engagement through onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives
• Comprehend customer needs, challenges, and business objectives
• Develop and present tailored solutions and use cases using a consultative methodology
• Identify and address barriers to customer success in collaboration with internal teams
• Generate and manage tickets as necessary
• Advocate for customer interests by shaping Cyera’s roadmap and product development
• Equip partners with tools, resources, and guidance to ensure effective professional services delivery
• Create and sustain a repository of services, methodologies, and best practices
• Assist in partner interactions to guarantee high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
• Standardize and enhance onboarding processes to ensure scalability and customer satisfaction
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders at strategic customer accounts
• Align service delivery with product innovation and customer requirements in conjunction with Product Management, R&D, and the Office of the CTO
• Provide field insights to enhance product usability, supportability, and functionality
• Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales
• Document and disseminate best practices both internally and externally
• Mentor team members and promote professional development
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Encourage a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
• Travel 25–75% annually to interact directly with clients
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
• 3+ years of practical experience with data and cloud technologies
• Proficient in SQL
• Skilled in scripting languages, such as Python or similar
• Practical experience with cloud environments
• Familiarity with databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration
• Understanding of cloud networking, data and compute resources, IAM, and permissions
• Experience with programming or scripting languages
• Knowledge of APIs and web services
• Expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management, with hands-on experience preferred
• Previous experience in a software company in a technical customer-facing role is crucial
• Prior experience collaborating with Development teams
• Proven history of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion
• Ability to decompose problems into manageable, structured components and effectively communicate the problem statement and action plan
• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment
• Results-oriented approach with experience in driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and customer retention
• Self-driven, proactive, and innovative team contributor
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Capability to work independently on complex challenges and tasks with limited documentation
