This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new enterprise customers in the OEM sector, Tier-1, and selected Tier-2 companies
• Full responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from the initial contact to multi-year platform contracts
• Development and management of proof-of-value projects with a focus on scalability
• Creation of compelling business cases for C-level and board-level stakeholders
• Strategic consultative sales in the area of platform/SaaS solutions
• Collaboration with customer success, solution engineering, and leadership teams
• Structured pipeline and forecast management within the CRM
• Several years of experience in enterprise new business sales (ideally: SaaS / PaaS / platform solutions)
• Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles in an industrial environment
• Understanding of manufacturing, industrial software, or IT/OT environments (e.g., MES, SCADA, IIoT)
• Experience in building business cases and executive-level communication
• Hunter mentality combined with strategic and long-term thinking
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at decision-maker level
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
