
Enterprise Sales Representative – Industrial AI, SaaS Plattform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new enterprise clients in the OEM, Tier-1, and selected Tier-2 sectors
• Full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to multi-year platform agreements
• Development and oversight of proof-of-value initiatives with an emphasis on scalability
• Crafting compelling business cases for C-level and board-level executives
• Engaging in strategic consultative sales for platform/SaaS offerings
• Collaborating with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and leadership teams
• Organized pipeline and forecast management using CRM
• Several years of experience in enterprise new business sales (preferably: SaaS / PaaS / platform solutions)
• Proven experience with intricate enterprise sales cycles in industrial settings
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial software, or IT/OT environments (e.g., MES, SCADA, IIoT)
• Demonstrated experience in developing business cases and communicating effectively at the executive level
• A hunter mentality paired with strategic and long-term vision
• Exceptional communication skills and a confident presence among decision-makers
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
