
Enterprise Sales Representative – Industrial AI, SaaS Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new enterprise customers in OEMs, Tier-1, and select Tier-2 companies
• Oversee the complete sales cycle — from initial outreach to multi-year platform agreements
• Develop and manage proof-of-value initiatives with an emphasis on scalability
• Create compelling business cases for C-level executives and board members
• Engage in strategic consultative sales for platform/SaaS offerings
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and leadership teams
• Maintain structured pipeline and forecast management within the CRM
• Several years of experience in enterprise new business sales (preferably SaaS / PaaS / platform solutions)
• Familiarity with complex enterprise sales processes in industrial settings
• Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial software, or IT/OT environments (e.g., MES, SCADA, IIoT)
• Proven experience in developing business cases and communicating effectively at the executive level
• A hunter mentality paired with strategic, long-term thinking
• Exceptional communication skills and a confident presence when engaging with decision-makers
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
