This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquiring new enterprise clients
• Positioning Wandelbots as a key strategic platform partner
• Converting Proofs of Value into sustainable framework agreements
• Developing trusted relationships at the executive level that grow over time
• Managing the complete enterprise sales process for OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and selected Tier-2 organizations
• Discovering and securing new strategic clients within the manufacturing sector
• Establishing Wandelbots as a platform that enhances competitiveness
• Leading intricate sales cycles from initial contact to multi-year platform implementation
• Creating a foundation for long-term expansion led by Customer Success
• Demonstrated enterprise sales experience in software, platform, and/or SaaS / PaaS solutions
• Significant exposure to IT and OT environments
• Proven success in selling within manufacturing ecosystems
• Experience guiding customers from Proof of Value to framework agreements
• Ideally located in one of the following regions: Rhine-Main, Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, or Cologne/Bonn
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing, production, and logistics processes
• Familiarity with OEM and supplier structures in general
• Insight into OT realities present on the shop floor
• Capability to connect business, IT, and OT discussions
• Comfortable navigating lengthy and complex enterprise sales cycles
• Strong skills in executive communication and storytelling
• Organized, disciplined, and focused on delivering value
• Inquisitive, resilient, and driven to promote change – not just software
