This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of revenue generation, forecasting, and daily operations for your team of enterprise Account Executives and their designated accounts, utilizing data to guide strategies.
• Report directly to the Enterprise Sales Director and assist in implementing the segment-wide strategy through a consistent and repeatable enterprise approach.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop your team of enterprise Account Executives, fostering performance management, career growth, and a culture of high accountability and trust.
• Assist in refining and reinforcing scalable, repeatable sales processes that standardize PermitFlow's enterprise operations.
• Guide and mentor the team through complex, multi-threaded deals involving executives, operators, and procurement across various business units and private equity roll-up accounts.
• Drive both new client acquisitions and expansions within existing roll-up and national accounts, transitioning pilots into enterprise-wide partnerships across multiple divisions.
• Collaborate across departments (Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales Development Representatives, Revenue Operations) to define solutions, align the sales process with customer success, and guarantee positive outcomes.
• Create and assess ROI-driven business cases that resonate with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Ensure forecasting accuracy, maintain pipeline integrity, and enhance deal visibility throughout extended enterprise sales cycles.
• Provide insights from the field and customers to the Enterprise Sales Director and GTM leadership to shape the enterprise roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Utilize automation, contemporary sales tools, and AI-driven solutions to streamline procedures, improve performance, and boost conversion rates.
• Travel as required for customer engagements, conferences (e.g., Pantheon), and visits to roll-up headquarters.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including 1–2 years in management or a team-lead role (a player-coach background is advantageous).
• Proven history of scaling sales teams, creating repeatable systems, and consistently surpassing ambitious revenue goals.
• Proficient in navigating executive relationships, procurement processes, and multi-division rollouts; comfortable leading deals exceeding $1M.
• Experience in construction technology is highly preferred; familiarity with home services contractors, general contractors, developers, or related sectors (such as PropTech, InsurTech, and Field Service software) is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance analytics; adept at simplifying complexity into actionable strategies.
• Identifies operational challenges and develops persuasive, ROI-supported business cases.
• Quickly and effectively establishes senior-level relationships, particularly with Product and Marketing teams.
