This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Strategic Market Development & Account Strategy: Create and manage the go-to-market strategy for the mechanical engineering industry.
• Prospecting, Sales Cycle & Closing: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while overseeing complex enterprise sales processes.
• Account Management and Expansion: Proactively enhance relationships with existing mechanical engineering clients and seek additional business prospects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team, marketing, product, and customer success departments.
• Revenue Ownership: Accountable for achieving revenue targets and playing an active role in driving company growth.
• Forecasting & CRM Management: Oversee opportunity forecasting and maintain transparent pipeline management within the CRM system.
• Multiple years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS products, preferably within the mechanical engineering, industrial, or manufacturing fields.
• Demonstrated success in securing new clients and finalizing complex enterprise contracts.
• Experience collaborating with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, or cost engineering processes relevant to mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in territory planning, account strategy, and managing pipelines.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the executive level.
• High level of ownership, resilience, and an entrepreneurial approach.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
