This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Achieve assigned quotas and targets while delivering an exceptional experience to customers, fostering them into an enterprise-class foundation for UiPath.
• Leverage existing relationships and implement comprehensive sales and product strategies to enhance UiPath’s key partnerships.
• Gain insight into the customer's business to identify potential automation opportunities.
• Understand both our products and those of competitors to effectively convey our value proposition to clients.
• Create and implement account strategies and roadmaps aimed at establishing long-term relationships.
• Cultivate and sustain connections with decision-makers within the market.
• Collaborate with the Technical Sales Support team and Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet quarterly sales quotas.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise sales within the software or software solutions sector.
• Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution sectors across North India.
• Prior experience in selling to enterprise-level clients.
• Proficiency in account planning, territory management, and multi-product sales strategies.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Background in application selling, such as ERP/CRM, is advantageous.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
