Enterprise Sales Executive – Critical Risk, Fatality Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Drive expansion efforts throughout Italy

• Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers and operational leaders in high-risk and operational sectors

• Identify, pursue, and advance new opportunities with focus and determination

• Serve as a credible and commercially-focused representative in discussions regarding safety, risk, and operational enhancements

• Craft engaging narratives that link risk, behavior, and outcomes

• Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to develop solutions tailored for intricate client environments

• Function effectively in a global remote setting and adapt to various time zones as necessary


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant exposure to high-risk and operational sectors through roles in sales, operations, safety, engineering, consulting, or other relevant fields

• Solid understanding of the safety challenges present in complex industrial or field-based settings

• Commercial acumen and the capability to generate momentum, create opportunities, and drive initiatives forward

• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and establishing trust among both executive and operational audiences

• Proficiency in quickly grasping and conveying complex topics in a clear and credible manner

• A proactive and resourceful mindset, comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy

• Fluency in both Italian and English

• Willingness to travel within Italy and the surrounding region as required

• Flexibility to operate within a global remote team, including participating in regular meetings outside typical local business hours

• Experience in enterprise SaaS sales is a plus
