This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Establish meaningful connections with C-level and Executive decision-makers to uncover new opportunities with large enterprise clients.
• Create and implement comprehensive multi-year strategic account plans aimed at achieving or surpassing customer business goals while maximizing wallet share.
• Oversee and project the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue objectives and company targets.
• Act as the primary liaison for all key account-related matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, tackle challenges, and deliver seamless experiences.
• Foster a culture of sales excellence by consistently applying sales processes and performance metrics.
• Cultivate strong relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners to strengthen UiPath's market position.
• Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and monitor strategic progress.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in field sales, specifically selling enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives.
• At least 5 years of experience selling directly to Conglomerates / Large Enterprises and within the BFSI sector.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of automation and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of consultative strategic sales success with C-level prospects.
• Experience in building relationships with CXOs of large enterprise clients for business growth.
• Demonstrated success in formulating long-term account strategies with current customers.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in the local language, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
