This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Surpass revenue quota targets on both a quarterly and annual basis.
• Formulate business strategies that align with the designated territory.
• Work in conjunction with marketing to implement marketing plans via partners.
• Direct technical resources to showcase the benefits of SailPoint.
• Manage all facets of the sales process, which includes qualifying leads, delivering presentations, and finalizing sales.
• Develop territory and opportunity plans.
• Foster customer relationships while seeking new sales prospects.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent global qualification in IT, business, or a sales-related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or account management.
• Familiarity with identity security or related technologies.
• A solid understanding of value propositions and competitive positioning.
• Capability to make strategic decisions and navigate complex sales cycles.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
