This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Develop a pipeline: Establish new connections with CFOs of health systems, as well as leaders in Revenue Cycle and Finance.
β’ Manage intricate sales cycles: Advance opportunities from the initial outreach phase through to closure, coordinating with various stakeholders, timelines, and deal requirements.
β’ Craft account strategies: Take charge of account planning, pinpoint decision-makers and advocates, and align deals with customer priorities, budgets, and ROI.
β’ Collaborate on deal execution: Work closely alongside the CRO during negotiations, contracting (including managing redlines), and deal closures.
β’ Foster executive relationships: Establish credibility with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a reliable partner.
β’ Enhance pipeline discipline: Ensure accurate tracking of the pipeline, forecasting, and CRM management (Salesforce serves as our primary source of truth).
β’ Assist in customer transitions: Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate smooth onboarding, implementation, and identify opportunities for expansion.
β’ Optimize the process: Contribute ideas to shorten sales cycle times and improve engagement and success rates with health systems.
β’ Over 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare IT or SaaS, demonstrating a history of surpassing targets within health systems.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the acute care environment, encompassing Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operational workflows.
β’ Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business within complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
β’ Experience selling to executive-level stakeholders (CFO, SVP/CRO of Revenue Cycle, VP of Finance) and articulating solutions in terms of financial and operational impact.
β’ Strong executive presence, capable of building credibility and advancing deal progression.
β’ Highly organized with effective pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and experience utilizing a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a high level of ownership.
