This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic account development (hunting & farming): accountable for specific key accounts within our target sectors.
• Formulate account strategies featuring clear growth objectives, pipeline development, and executive engagement.
• C-level selling and executive relationship management: establish strong connections with boards/CEOs and business unit leaders.
• Facilitate Executive and quarterly business reviews, develop joint roadmaps, and co-innovate with our key clients.
• Comprehensive deal orchestration: oversee the complete sales cycle including RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations leading to closure.
• Value-focused consulting: assess customer needs and craft solutions that provide genuine value.
• Key account management: cultivate long-term partnerships and proactively engage stakeholders across various business units, IT, procurement, and executive management.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise sales of complex IT and software solutions, demonstrating a successful track record of wins at senior/C-level and multi-year contracts.
• Proven ability to acquire and grow key accounts (hunting & farming), exhibiting confident executive presence and effective stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of customer experience and contact center technologies (preferably with experience in Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Microsoft Teams/Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with AI/automation, omnichannel, and analytics, or the capacity to learn rapidly.
• Strong commercial insight: adept in business case/ROI, TCO/pricing, margin management; comfortable navigating commercial and legal discussions.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on ownership and results orientation: a blend of hunter mentality and sustainable farming approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English; confident at C-level, well-structured, and dependable.
• Collaborative team player: works closely with presales, delivery, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
