This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Engage proactively with high-level decision makers, including CEOs, Presidents, Chief Claims Officers, SVPs of Claims, and other claims executives.
• Perform a high volume of outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry networking.
• Develop and implement a disciplined new business development strategy focused on pipeline creation and conversion.
• Promote our software platform and integrated service model to potential customers.
• Obtain introductory meetings, present the Driven Claims platform and its value proposition, and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Navigate through complex, multi-stakeholder organizations during the sales process.
• Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with the VP of Sales to drive execution.
• Maintain precise pipeline activity and forecasting within the CRM.
• Must have the legal ability to work in the United States on a continuous basis without company sponsorship.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B new business development.
• Proven experience with cold call outreach and building executive-level relationships.
• A successful history in pure new business development or hunter-style roles.
• Experience selling to insurance carriers or in the auto glass sector is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to access and influence senior executive decision-makers.
• High comfort level with cold calling.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
