This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide guidance to clients on modernizing their infrastructure.
• Facilitate consultative discovery sessions focused on cloud transformation, automation, and resilience.
• Offer insights on contemporary DDI architectures within hybrid and multi-cloud settings.
• Assist in transitioning legacy network services to API-driven, automated systems.
• Advise on operational best practices for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, security, and orchestration.
• Ensure alignment of technical recommendations with customer business goals and outcomes.
• Deliver business value through engaging technical interactions.
• Lead proof-of-value initiatives centered on automation results and infrastructure resilience.
• Develop integrated solutions utilizing BlueCat in conjunction with cloud, security, and orchestration platforms.
• Support Infrastructure-as-Code strategies, automation frameworks, and API integrations.
• Conduct technical workshops, executive presentations, and architecture evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams during deployment and expansion phases.
• Foster collaboration and influence within the market.
• Work together with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to steer product direction.
• Provide input on automation functionalities, API usability, and cloud integrations.
• Contribute to enablement materials, architectural guidance, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Engage in customer advisory sessions, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Identify opportunities for expansion across the wider BlueCat platform portfolio.
• Manage engagements and updates on opportunities within Salesforce and collaborative tools.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales engineering, infrastructure/network engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing architecture roles.
• Background in designing enterprise solutions related to networking, cloud, security, automation, or systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication skills — capable of simplifying complex technical ideas for varied audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with some travel required.
