This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Customers
• Facilitate consultative discovery sessions to identify customer operational hurdles, modernization goals, cloud transformation projects, and business aims
• Provide guidance to customers on network observability, telemetry strategies, AI-assisted operations, and best practices for infrastructure intelligence within hybrid and multi-cloud settings
• Conduct executive and technical workshops that correlate technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes, operational efficiency, resilience, and return on investment (ROI)
• Lead proof-of-value initiatives to showcase operational enhancements, quicker troubleshooting, minimized downtime, and automation results
• Assist customers throughout technical assessments, onboarding, adoption, and expansion efforts to guarantee sustained customer success
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with technical teams, operations leaders, architects, and executive stakeholders
• Design and position observability and infrastructure intelligence solutions tailored to customer environments and strategic objectives
• Convert complex technical capabilities into customer-focused business value and operational results
• Create integrated solutions encompassing network observability, telemetry analytics, infrastructure automation, and API-driven operational workflows
• Aid customers with Infrastructure-as-Code, orchestration, automation frameworks, and integration platform strategies
• Work in conjunction with Customer Success and Services teams to ensure smooth transitions from evaluation to deployment, adoption, and expansion
• Assist channel and strategic partners in enhancing their technical positioning and customer engagement abilities
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams to offer customer insights, competitive intelligence, and feature suggestions
• Provide customer feedback regarding observability workflows, telemetry analytics, automation use cases, integrations, and operational intelligence
• Engage in beta programs, solution validation projects, and customer advisory sessions
• Produce technical thought leadership content, enablement resources, workshops, and industry presentations
• Represent BlueCat’s LiveAction Network Observability solutions at customer events, industry conferences, webinars, and strategic meetings
• Keep precise technical engagement and opportunity updates within Salesforce and collaboration platforms
• Collaborate efficiently across globally distributed and cross-functional teams
• Utilize modern remote engagement tools to assist customers virtually while maintaining a strong executive presence and relationship management
• Remain updated on emerging technologies such as AI-assisted operations, observability platforms, telemetry analytics, automation frameworks, hybrid cloud networking, and infrastructure intelligence solutions
• Profound understanding of enterprise networking, network operations, network security, infrastructure modernization, and observability architectures
• Experience in supporting intricate enterprise environments that encompass on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures
• Extensive knowledge of:
• Routing and switching technologies
• Network observability and monitoring platforms
• Telemetry technologies such as NetFlow, Flexible NetFlow (FNF), IPFIX, streaming telemetry, and analytics platforms
• PCAP / Deep Traffic Analysis
• Quality of Service (QoS) and application-aware networking
• Network Security components (Firewalls, IPS/IDS, NDR, etc.)
• Wireless networking and network security principles
• API-driven infrastructure and automation frameworks
• Infrastructure-as-Code tools and orchestration platforms
• Cloud networking architectures and operational visibility strategies
• Knowledge of DHCP/DNS infrastructure components and enterprise architectures.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted operations, infrastructure intelligence, operational analytics, and automation-driven workflows is highly regarded
• Experience in integrating platforms using APIs, automation frameworks, or orchestration technologies is strongly preferred
• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent networking expertise is a significant advantage
• Outstanding consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Strong executive communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives
• Exceptional facilitation, discovery, and advisory skills within complex enterprise sales cycles
• Comfortable leading both technical deep dives and executive-level strategic discussions
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, network engineering, technical consulting, customer success engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience working collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services organizations
