This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Become an expert in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX product offerings.
• Present engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars tailored to address customer challenges.
• Clearly communicate the technical and business value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to gain insights into customer challenges and goals.
• Design and propose tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and utilize TeamViewer’s capabilities.
• Create solution proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and technical documentation.
• Lead proof of value (POV)/proof of concept (POC) and pilot projects to confirm solution effectiveness in customer settings.
• Offer practical technical guidance and support during the validation phase.
• Analyze outcomes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the sales process, offering technical expertise and assistance.
• Respond to RFx documents with precise and persuasive technical responses.
• Work together with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to help shape the product roadmap and drive innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms.
• Experience with SaaS applications such as RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability tools.
• Practical experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and convert complex technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills – you excel at building trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from IT professionals to C-level executives.
• You’re confident in presenting complex solutions clearly and compellingly.
• Strong technical knowledge – you possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise systems management, modern device management, and end-user computing.
• You understand the challenges of large, complex IT environments and can fluently communicate in the language of enterprise IT.
• A collaborative mindset with independent drive – you thrive as both a self-starter and a team player.
• You know how to effectively collaborate with sales professionals and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail – you approach every customer interaction with a polished, reliable attitude, ensuring high-quality outcomes and experiences.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and another Nordic language – your verbal, written, and presentation skills are top-tier, enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences.
