Enterprise Sales Director – PNW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process from initial lead to continuous utilization for commercial clients

• Coordinate the implementation of POC for dbt Cloud Enterprise

• Lead and participate in team initiatives aimed at enhancing our sales methodologies

• Collaborate with the product team to create and sustain the dbt Cloud commercial roadmap

• Develop expertise in SQL, dbt, and commercial data operations

• Actively engage as a member of the dbt open-source community

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of closing experience in technology sales, demonstrating a successful history of surpassing annual goals

• Capability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into a consultative sales approach

• Exceptional verbal, written, and face-to-face communication abilities to connect with stakeholders at every level within an analytics organization (from individual developers to CTOs)

• Strong diligence and organizational skills to navigate lengthy and complex sales cycles involving various client teams

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment

• A commitment to being an inclusive team player and an active community member

• Proficiency in SQL or a willingness to learn
