This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts through intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes across European markets.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to Chief Risk Officers (CROs) and Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs).
• Develop and finalize pipeline through significant travel throughout Europe (~70%).
• Partner with our teams in Asia and the US on global accounts with a European presence.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales.
• More than 3 years of experience closing complex enterprise-grade software or high-stakes business solutions.
• Proven experience selling to regulated financial institutions across various European markets.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Knowledge in AML, FinCrime, or RegTech is a plus.
• Senior-level equity grant with a four-year vesting period.
