Enterprise Sales Director, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Research and identify potential enterprise clients through networking, cold calling, and market analysis.

• Establish new connections with enterprise customers and prospects to enhance revenue, pipeline, and deployment capacity.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at major customer accounts.

• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction exceeds expectations.

• Lead negotiations with both current and prospective clients, addressing objections and closing intricate deals.

• Navigate contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass established targets.

• Design customized sales presentations and proposals specifically for enterprise clients.

• Work alongside the marketing team on sales campaigns and presentation materials.

• Collaborate with the broader go-to-market (GTM), product, technical, and operations teams.

• Utilize AI tools for account research, personalized outreach, summarizing calls, forecasting pipeline, and executing deals.

• Persistently explore and adopt innovative tools to enhance sales productivity.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in a customer-facing sales position focused on enterprise accounts with a proven ability to close large deals.

• Proven experience managing a quota exceeding $1M.

• Demonstrated capability in managing end-to-end complex deals with six- and seven-figure annual contract values (ACV).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Established history of identifying and pursuing enterprise clients through networking, research, and cold calling.

• Knowledge of the AI landscape, key industry players, and emerging trends is a plus.
