• 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a preference for those focusing on enterprise software SaaS solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences and executive events.
• Strong abilities in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in engaging with high-level executives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
