This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Become proficient in Explorium’s offerings, acting as the primary contact for numerous sales prospects.
• Discover new organizations and stakeholders that fit with Explorium’s target buyer and customer profiles.
• Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with leads through cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Work in partnership with Account Executives to arrange qualified meetings and enhance the sales pipeline.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales objectives while promoting collaboration, sharing best practices, offering support, and inspiring team members.
• Remain updated on industry trends and show dedication to ongoing professional growth.
• Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and internal teams to assist in the enhancement and development of marketing materials.
• 6+ months of experience in client-facing sales or business development in a B2B setting, demonstrating a successful track record.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of leading discussions at the executive level.
• Proven success in innovative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up communications.
• Established history of surpassing sales targets consistently.
• Strong dedication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask, which are crucial for thriving in a performance-driven environment.
• Must possess a self-starter mentality, be comfortable with minimal supervision, and adapt well to a multi-cultural startup setting.
• Nice to Haves: Previous outbound and inbound SDR/BDR experience.
• Past experience with a high-growth SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, Outreach, Claude, Perplexity, and OpenAI (or similar tools).
