This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Navigate intricate account landscapes with expertise, utilizing data to refine existing solutions and uncover new and exciting use cases.
• Proactively foresee potential obstacles and objections, crafting mutually beneficial solutions that demonstrate the value of your vision and Asana to all stakeholders.
• Propel revenue growth and expand businesses by applying your negotiation prowess and data-informed insights to establish enduring partnerships.
• Collaborate effectively with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide outstanding customer experiences and drive business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor, cultivating influential relationships from C-level executives to end-users.
• Enhance the utilization of the entire work graph, delivering unparalleled value with scalability and consistency.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct sales experience in the Enterprise segment and over 8 years of business closing experience, with proficiency in MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
• A proven track record of closing deals with consistently high quota achievement, especially in the Enterprise SaaS sector.
• Expertise in building trust and nurturing long-lasting partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, demonstrating a proactive approach.
• Experience in managing multi-threaded sales processes with careful planning and internal collaboration.
• Native or professional fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language, along with a strong understanding of the Nordic markets.
• A demonstrated interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, coupled with a readiness to learn and apply them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
