Enterprise Risk – Reporting Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework.

• Consistently identify, assess, monitor, and report key risks with a forward-looking approach.

• Ensure alignment of enterprise risk management with regulatory requirements and the company's strategic goals.

• Establish risk appetite and evaluate resilience under stress conditions.

• Assist in capital and liquidity planning efforts.

• Review new products and strategic initiatives through a defined risk perspective.

• Convert complex risk data into actionable reports for senior management and governance entities.

• Foster transparency, accountability, and effective oversight.

• Initially engage in hands-on operations, then develop and expand the enterprise risk and reporting function as the company evolves and seeks licensing.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, regulatory risk, or a similar field within a regulated financial services or banking context.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, Mathematics, or a related area.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, including Risk Appetite, RCSA, scenario analysis, stress testing, and ICAAP.

• Experience with regulatory expectations pertinent to banks or payment institutions, covering capital, liquidity, and operational risk requirements.

• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and engagement with supervisors, auditors, and internal governance bodies.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex risk and financial data for management and regulatory reports.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently with a high level of autonomy while collaborating across various functions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment skills.

• Professional risk or finance certifications such as CFA, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
