Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee products, inventory, purchase orders, and operational data within the company's ERP system.

• Ensure the accuracy of product, inventory, and system records.

• Manage data coordination between the ERP system and Amazon Seller Central.

• Detect and resolve discrepancies in data and operational challenges.

• Create reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.

• Acquire and efficiently apply new software, tools, and processes.

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance operational efficiency and workflows.

• Carry out additional responsibilities related to the position as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Acumatica, or comparable platforms.

• Previous experience in supporting e-commerce operations or Amazon businesses is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail.

• Strong critical thinking skills and the capacity to work independently.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).

• Capable of quickly learning new systems, software, and workflows.

• Ability to accurately understand and follow established processes with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to work during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
