This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire expansion process: generate pipeline → close deals → expand → renew within current enterprise accounts.
• Actively identify new opportunities across various business units, teams, and regions.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans based on organizational mapping, whitespace analysis, and defined growth hypotheses.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and executive stakeholders to enhance deal size and account engagement.
• Be accountable for commercial outcomes of assigned accounts, focusing on expansion, retention, risk management, and forecasting.
• Work closely with Customer Success to synchronize expansion efforts with renewal strategies and long-term account development.
• Lead consultative, value-oriented sales processes linked to measurable business results.
• Conduct engaging demos, pilots, and proofs of concept that validate new applications and expedite adoption.
• Navigate intricate enterprise procurement, legal, and stakeholder landscapes.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management and provide precise forecasts.
• Represent the voice of the customer—offering insights back to Product and Go-To-Market teams, particularly as we enhance our AI offerings.
• 3–7+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales, particularly in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success in generating expansion revenue (upsell/cross-sell) within existing accounts.
• Proficient in managing account retention and minimizing churn risk in a subscription or SaaS context.
• Experience in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder agreements and fostering relationships across an organization.
• Capability to identify and cultivate new opportunities within accounts through structured account planning and organizational mapping.
• Strong execution of consultative sales processes, including engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Preference for candidates with experience in selling marketing, creative, or related technologies.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance prospecting, personalization, and operational efficiency.
• A strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently.
