This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, nurture, and mentor your team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Collaborate across functions to promote a team-oriented strategy for securing and expanding enterprise accounts.
• Enhance operational efficiency through a consistent operating rhythm and a well-structured sales process.
• Become a product authority and confidently assist your team in generating, advancing, and finalizing strategic deals.
• Thoroughly evaluate the skills, motivations, and career aspirations of each team member, providing continuous coaching to enhance their performance and support their career development.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies that foster monthly, quarterly, and annual growth in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct regular pipeline assessments, deal evaluations, and accurately forecast the sales pipeline.
• Achieve reliable Pipeline Generation outcomes through the formulation and implementation of effective plans and enablement.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Builder's products, value propositions, and competitors.
• Over 2 years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, managing teams focused on engaging with the Global 2000.
• Proven expertise in assembling and inspiring sales teams, building pipeline, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Proficient in devising and executing value-based sales strategies that align with corporate goals and drive substantial revenue growth.
• Strong foundation in selling to enterprise clients, with a nuanced understanding of the complexities involved in enterprise sales cycles.
• Established network of top-tier talent.
• A data-driven mindset for leading your team and expanding your business.
• Solid understanding of front-end software development processes and technologies.
• Consistent record of meeting sales targets with high participation from sellers.
