This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Ensure the quality, stability, and compliance of enterprise applications.

• Develop and implement testing strategies that align with enterprise change and release processes.

• Evaluate testing scope and prioritize activities based on a risk-based approach.

• Design, document, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.

• Create and maintain automated test scripts utilizing the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Validate configurations, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.

• Conduct end-to-end testing across integrated systems.

• Ensure data integrity across various systems.

• Execute and confirm regression testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects.

• Collaborate with development and business teams to recognize quality risks.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Conduct post-deployment validation (PVT).

• Monitor and report on quality metrics.

• Engage in change management and CAB processes.

• Promote continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or similar roles.

• Proficient in testing enterprise applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce.

• Strong grasp of software testing methodologies, encompassing functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Experience with enterprise testing across diverse systems and environments.

• Familiarity with IT change management processes and release cycles.

• Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and IT General Controls (ITGC).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is mandatory.
