This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Enterprise Customer Success: You will be integral to the success of some of Halter’s largest and most strategic clients, ensuring our enterprise dairy and beef sectors realize the full value of their investment.
• Strategic Account Management: You will cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with farm teams, operational teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Executive Engagement: Collaborating with the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will engage directly with senior leaders and decision-makers across multiple entities.
• Influencer & Network Management: Your scope will extend beyond customers as you build relationships with rural professionals, consultants, and other industry influencers.
• Enterprise Growth Strategy: You will partner with the NZ Enterprise Sales Manager to develop account plans, promote territory expansion, and identify new revenue opportunities within your customer base.
• Cross-functional Leadership: You will work closely with Halter’s product, support, and sales teams to advocate for your accounts internally.
• Forecasting & Planning: Alongside the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will assist in accurate revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
• Scalable Growth Initiatives: You will contribute to evolving how we support and expand our largest customers.
• Enterprise experience - You have managed large, complex accounts and understand how to drive growth over time.
• Customer centric - You prioritize a farmer-first approach: anticipating needs, proactively addressing issues, and being accountable for enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Industry fluency - You possess genuine experience in dairy and beef production systems and recognize what success looks like on high-performing dairy farms.
• Strong commercial instincts - You not only nurture relationships but also identify value, expand accounts, and achieve results.
