This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research and provide quotes for sales opportunities related to products and services while ensuring profitable margins.
• Enhance sales opportunities by promoting warranties, services, accessories, and supplies.
• Oversee run-rate business operations, including pipeline management, quoting, ordering, open-order monitoring, and post-order assistance.
• Administer CRM entries for customer opportunities, engineering requests, and contract inquiries.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the design and validation of bill-of-materials.
• Handle deal registration and negotiate pricing effectively.
• Interact with customers to strengthen relationships, devise strategies, and secure new business.
• Implement and oversee customer orders ensuring successful delivery.
• Utilize customer portals for proposal requests, purchase-order confirmations, and shipping details.
• Compile necessary contract reports.
• Engage with operations and procurement teams of key accounts to assess satisfaction, compliance, and document performance outcomes.
• Maintain an informed understanding of key products and services and create major-OEM configurations.
• Stay updated on vendor programs, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage client issue resolution at both customer and supplier levels.
• Ensure professional communication with both internal and external customers.
• Foster long-lasting business relationships and consistently meet sales activity and deal-closure objectives.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree with 5 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years in the IT sector.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• A solid comprehension of U.S. industries and the factors driving IT demands within them.
• Capability to recognize unique business opportunities within regional market segments.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, including data centers, servers, information networks, storage devices, communications equipment, and services.
• Excellent communication and phone skills to facilitate complex IT discussions and finalize sales.
• Proficiency in prioritizing and documenting daily milestone sales activity while consistently meeting quotas for outbound calls, completions, conversions, demos, and monthly deal closures.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
• Ability to perform sedentary work with occasional lifting of 10–20 pounds.
