Enterprise Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional onboarding initiatives for both commercial and enterprise clients from the point of sale through to complete adoption.

• Manage schedules, technical dependencies, and key strategic milestones.

• Develop project plans, governance structures, status reports, and executive quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Provide a high-touch onboarding experience that accelerates value realization and promotes long-term customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Product Engineering, and other relevant teams.

• Identify potential deployment obstacles and technical risks, devising strategies for mitigation.

• Travel as necessary to engage with enterprise customer stakeholders on-site, conduct workshops, and foster executive relationships.

• Enhance and expand onboarding playbooks, tools, and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, project management, or technical account management within a B2B SaaS context.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple intricate enterprise projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with enterprise IT, identity management, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure.

• A customer-centric approach to resolving challenges and ensuring success.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% or as needed for on-site enterprise client meetings.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

• Preferred: experience in Identity and Access Management, Directory Services, or Device Management solutions.

• Preferred: experience in management consulting or professional services with enterprise clients.
