Enterprise Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to our largest clients to maximize their adoption and business value from our products.

• Oversee the implementation of IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets.

• Develop launch strategies and a roadmap to enhance product utilization.

• Monitor implementation progress, user participation, product adoption, and overall account health.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara’s technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position.

• Background in supporting or working with technical products.

• Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional consultative skills with experience in comprehensive system implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• This role requires travel of up to 25% of the time.
